Juelie Perry , Owner/Director

Bachelor of Science: Family Studies & Early Education

Master of Science: Varying Exceptionalities

Children have been Ms. Perry’s passion since she started her first babysitting job at eight years old. She has since learned a great deal about the lives and love of children and families. Her professional journey began in New Hampshire as a multi-age teacher and assistant director. When the winds blew her south to Florida in 1995, she landed at TLC Preschool and continued her career as a preschool teacher and director. In 1998, she was given the opportunity to own and operate this successful high quality early education program.

Over the years, she has had the honor of providing tools for success to children in families in Indian River County. Over the past 12 years, she has worked as a trainer and consultant to many college students, early care facilities and presented at several state-wide conferences.

She works closely with Department of Children and Families as an advocate for those children/families at high risk as to provide insight and input to a child’s well-being and articulating possible strategies for family success.

As an early childhood advocate, she has been an active Private Provider Board Member for the Early Learning Coalition of IRMO for over eight years and has also worked as a Board Member for the Economic Opportunity Counsel, Head Start and Sebastian Charter Jr High School. She is an adjunct professor for almost 13 years at Indian River State College. She thanks God for the privilege of working with hundreds of students at IRSC to guide them in the field of early childhood education as well as the thousands of children and families throughout her 25 year history.
